The AI never reads across folders.
Generic AI assistants draw analogies between everything they have seen, and for clinical work that is the wrong instinct: the person in front of you is not the one you saw last week, even when their material rhymes. Each folder holds scores from the measures clinicians actually use: ADI-R, ADOS-2, DIVA-5, CAARS-2, BRIEF-2, ASRS-5, RAADS-R, AQ-50, CAT-Q, RCADS, and the SDQ. The raw items stay on the paper protocol; Cogent computes the totals, bands, and subscales from the values you enter, and the numbers flow into the assessment report so the same row is never re-typed.
